Arielle is a Registered Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting clients across mental health and social work settings. She provides warm, collaborative therapy to adults, adolescents, and couples.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that people are the experts on their own lives, and she brings warmth, humour, and authenticity into the therapy room.

Arielle specializes in working with neurodivergent clients, including people with ADHD, as well as highly sensitive people who may feel easily overwhelmed by the demands, expectations, or stimulation of everyday life. Sree is accepting clients for in-person therapy in Leslieville and virtual therapy across Ontario.

Sree is a Registered Social Worker with over seven years of clinical experience across hospital, community mental health, and private practice settings. She provides warm, relational, and trauma-informed therapy to adults, with a focus on helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

Sree specializes in complex trauma, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and relational healing.

She helps clients explore how ways of coping that developed within their family of origin or early relationships may have once helped them feel safe, connected, or accepted, but may no longer be serving them in adulthood.

Sree has extensive training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and incorporates parts work into her practice. This approach helps clients develop a deeper understanding of the different parts of themselves, including parts that may carry fear, shame, anger, or protective responses. Rather than simply trying to eliminate symptoms, Sree helps clients understand where these responses come from and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

Sree also has a particular interest in supporting clients navigating bicultural identity and cross-cultural experiences. She understands how cultural expectations, family values, generational differences, immigration experiences, and questions of belonging can intersect with identity, relationships, and emotional well-being.

Her approach is culturally responsive and creates space to explore these experiences without having to separate them from the rest of a client’s story.

Grief and loss are another important area of Sree’s practice. She has specialized training in grief and supports clients through the death of a loved one as well as other forms of loss, including relationship endings, family estrangement, changes in health, immigration, and letting go of a future they had imagined for themselves.

Sree’s approach is integrative, relational, and trauma-informed. In addition to Internal Family Systems (IFS), she draws from psychodynamic and relational therapy, somatic approaches, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and other evidence-informed approaches depending on each client’s needs and goals.

Populations Served: Adults, Adolescents

Areas of Focus: Complex Trauma (C-PTSD), Childhood Trauma, Developmental and Attachment Trauma, Relational Trauma, Attachment Wounds, Relational Healing

Sara is an experienced social worker with extensive experience supporting patients within hospital settings, including Intensive Care (ICU), Emergency Department (ER), and coordinating the Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) program.

She has worked in high-acuity medical environments as well as outpatient mental health services, giving her a deep understanding of systems and the emotional toll that medical crises, uncertainty, and complex care can have on individuals and families.

Sara specializes in grief counselling, caregiver support, and bereavement care, including anticipatory grief and end-of-life support.

She has experience supporting pregnancy and infant loss, as well as medical trauma recovery.
