Sara is accepting clients for in-person therapy in Leslieville and virtual therapy across Ontario.
Sara is an experienced social worker with extensive experience supporting patients within hospital settings, including Intensive Care (ICU), Emergency Department (ER), and coordinating the Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) program.
She has worked in high-acuity medical environments as well as outpatient mental health services, giving her a deep understanding of systems and the emotional toll that medical crises, uncertainty, and complex care can have on individuals and families.
Sara specializes in grief counselling, caregiver support, and bereavement care, including anticipatory grief and end-of-life support.
She has experience supporting pregnancy and infant loss, as well as medical trauma recovery.
